We want you to love Sunshine. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if the jar has been opened.

To request a refund, email info@ignisiumlabs.com with your order number and a short note about your experience. We may ask you to return any unused product, and if so we'll send instructions.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

For subscriptions, the money-back guarantee covers your first order. After that, you can cancel anytime before your next charge (see our Subscription Policy).

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
