Shipping policy

Orders ship from Colorado Springs, CO within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

US shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

We also ship to select countries, with carriers and rates calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Some countries restrict importing dietary supplements, so please check your local rules before ordering. We aren't responsible for orders held or refused by customs.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email info@ignisiumlabs.com and we'll help.
